Title: Cleaning TIP
Post by: Dizzie on 28 December 2003, 18:58: after you've washed the car you need to shammy all the water off so it's really clean. but after you've washed all the soap off there's loads of 'standing' water all over the car. more on the roof and bonnet. It'll take you aggggggggges to shammy all that off so here's the tip.

remove one of your wipers and wipe all the water off the car. be careful not to scratch your paintwork though. once you've done this it'll have hardly any water on it. shammy away!

you can actually buy something like this, but this is the cheapass way. ;D

Good idea though and you can buy the proper squeegy for around a tenner
