How do you remove the stereo from a mk4 golf anniversary? :cool:

you need special removal keys; get from Egay or your local stealer or Chavfords.

Befriend your local stealer parts person and you might get them for free (its what i did!)  :smiley:

failing that, cut up an old credit card into 2 inch long strips and slide them into the slots located on the stereo.

Sorry to dredge this up, but I just want to confirm that I'll probably need special removal keys for my in car nav system? (see below pic)

yes but they should be the same one's i referred to in the post above  :smiley:

think you need 4 for the Sat Nav  :undecided:

If it was me, I'd keep the screen and use an Alpine Vehicle Hub Pro to upgrade the sound and keep the screen.
But yeh, looks like you'll just need four standard keys for that.
