Title: Anyone tried the JVC KD-AVX2?
Post by: spirez on 12 August 2006, 20:27: Any opinions on it? I'm interested in getting one but haven't heard much about them to be honest.

Was also looking at the Pioneer 8600mp, 77mp or 88prs or something but all are discontinued!

Post by: mutant on 22 August 2006, 15:48: You can get the KD-AVX1 quite cheap now, I've just bought one and i think it's the best purchase i've made in a long time. Real nice sound quality, and for the size of the screen, dvd's look quite nice (then again it only gets used on my dinner hour, so i can watch a bit of film at work). From what I can tell, there aren't many differences between the 2, the newer one just looks to be a facelift model. You wont be disappointed if you buy one :)

Post by: mutant on 22 August 2006, 16:58: Yeh, by a few mm's, not really a huge tipping point (what with the price of the KD-AVX1 being over Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£100 cheaper). Depends, does size REALLY matter? :tongue:
