Title: Removing crapy petrol cap sticker thing.

Anyone know how i can get this rediculous metal sticker off the petrol cap door??? The guy i bought it off had the brilliant idea to put it on.

Oh Dear!!!

A hair dryer should loosen the glue enough but you might be as well getting a new flap from a scrappers or similar :(

Thought as much, tried the hairdryer on the edge but the glue stayed on the car.:sad: oh well looks like ill have to pick one up before my respray. Cheers boss. Wellz.

try some white sprit or turbs on a cloth and some elbow grease it uslly works at removin glue

Brake cleaner should shift it, just be sure to wipe it off after  :grin:
