Title: How do you remove the painted mirror backs?

As title really. I bought a secondhand electric mirror unit at inters as the glass on mine is going all weird with the aim of swapping the painted backs over and then selling on the unit but i dont know how it comes off.
Anyone help before i break it?

According to my bentley manual, The glass clips off, and then there's some catches underneath, and behind the 'hinge' if you fold the whole unit back towards the car.

It looks a bit simple for an electric mirror tho.. maybe it's just pretty obvious when you've got it apart :undecided:....

I've not done it myself either.
