Hi all, I'm mew to forum cos only been driving a golf for 3 weeks (I love every minute of it!) Had a few little probs but thats what happens when you buy a car from a garage full of idiots! (no names!) On saying that the latest has really p*ssed me off;
Remote central locking was gettin a bit hit and miss so decided time for a battery change, looked though hand book and didn't give any advice so took fob and had new batteries in. 30 mins later get back to car and remote won't work at all, open with key an you guessed it alarm goes off! Feel proper tit and drive off red faced. Tried re-coding it like hand book says but no joy. Any ideas/advice? :laugh:
