Title: what would anyone give me for my mk1?

hi all, well this is just out of interest really but what sort of price would anybody give me for my mk1? at the moment it need's either a new gear box or the one in it re-condictioned (only has four gears at the moment)  it could also do with a new distributor, the body work is in good nick and i have spent a fair old wedge on her since i got her! i am just a little dis hartened with the car at the mo as i have spent loads on her over the past six months and other things keep going wrong!

Gearbox and dizzy are easy to do mate, get it done and stop being a woosey  :wink: :smiley:

i suppose but i have a strage fettish for the lupo gti! i really fancy getting one of those! maybe its all the sand getting to me!  :smiley:

 :undecided: How come people kepp talking about selling their MK1's at the moment  :rolleyes: I think you're right Slick it must be the heat  :wink:  Black cars do get a bit warm inside don't they  :smug: get out on a push bike for short trips instead and use the car more at night :nerd:

chance would be a fine thing, the only thing i can drive about at the moment are wolf land rovers!  :smiley:
