Back again...
If anyone read my "17cm Component set reccomendations" thread, they'd see that I was rightly advised to get some Alpines (171A? I forget the exact number and too lazy to go back and check now :laugh:)... I ordered them, and was wondering where the hell they had got to, so I 'phoned them up and it turns out they were out of stock, but I'd dissapeared in their system so they didn't tell me.
They said I could either upgrade to the higher-up Alpines (for an extra 22 quid) or for an extra 20 quid since they'd cocked up, they'd let me have some "In Phase XT 6C" speakers. They have these going for £150, but I'd be getting them for £100 delivered, so I said go ahead, what the hell....
I've only managed to find a couple of reviews of these (very positive), but no actual proper professional ones, so I was wondering if anyone had used these or any other 'In Phase' stuff? Most of what I can find by them is pretty expensive, but I know that doesn't necessarily mean much.

yes.their stuff is very good made to a good quality aswell.i used to have an amp an sub by them until ma car got broke into an emptied out!

Aha.. So you'd say that I'm probably getting a great deal, as opposed to allowing them to shift some overpriced tat on to me :laugh:

Well, the stuff got here yesterday and I spent a few hours installing it.
They do sound pretty damn sweet :cool:
Plus I've managed to do a decent stealth install - replaced the tweeters in the dash, and replaced the door speakers so no-one will know I haven't got stock stuff now!
I'll need an Amp and a sub, but that'll have to wait a while before I have the cash spare :evil:
