My air con packed in last week, and then the car overheated on my wife due to the fans not coming on (MK3 8v GTI). I know they share a fuse on the fuse box, so they must be on the same circuit. I think it's due to an earth fault because the air con and recirculation switch lights are on quite dull. Problem is, I cannot find the earth point for this circuit, and it doesn't show it in the haynes manual I have.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Need help asap please as I need it to go to the motorshow tomorrow.
