Ok i no how every1 goes on about wantin an atmospheric dump valve and that damm whooooooooooooooosh! people say yes it can be done and people say no it cant well, in a way they are both right. if you get purely an atmospheric it wont work properly but if you get a part atmospheric and part re-circulating then it works! ive had mine on my 20v turbo for few days no probs, no loss of power, drive being sluggish, dumping when its not supposed to. the dump valve i have is a GFB Stealth fx Newer than the GFB hybrid that ppl say is p**h but this one is good. i keep it tuned to 70% re-circ and 30% atmospheric (slight whooooosh noise) heres the ling on how it works:

it is however a universal fitment. youll need to find a way to fit it yourself but worth it in the end.
also my golf is a 2002 on a 51 plate AUM engine so i dont no how the valve will work on others.
hope this helps and we will see less dump valve posts lol :lipsrsealed:
