Hello All.

The shocks on my 1995 MK3 Gti 8V are shot in the rear.

Were the shocks used different from the normal golf models to enhance the ride.

Is there an OEM manufactuer I should look at?

Any luck with aftermarket?....I don't want to lower the car because I drive in a lot of snow in the winter.

Give bilstein and Boge turbogas a shot.
