Title: Mk3 16v on 205/40/17..Tyre pressures?

Just wondering what the tyre pressures for these would be both unladen and laden...I love that word but find it hard to fit it into everyday conversation  :laugh:

Mine are 215 / 40's and I did use 30 psi on the old front ones. I now run at 32 psi at the front and 30 at the rear.
Was fine for my recent run down to Cornwall which was fairly well laden.
