Title: Anyone know the PSI for 205/50's ?
Post by: nevelbell on 18 December 2003, 09:02
I need to know the PSI for the tyre on my GTI. I have 205/50's front and rear.

I think it's 36 rear and 32 front.

Help please,

Cheers,

Nev.

32f 30r

fronts are always higher to compensate for the extra weight of the engine

I see you have a MK2, I have a Mk3, will that make any difference in the PSI?

Cheers,

YEs it will!!!

Look on the inside of your fuel cap. on my mk3 it says 30/28 for 205/50/15's. Thats for up to 3 people in the car.

Don't suppose this is of any help whatsoever, but just in case, my Audi has 205/60's and they are 38/36.
