Title: Tunes!!

My misses is back driving and has finally got to experinace the fuss I'm making about the Gti BUT! Even with the RCD500 soundpack it's still really weak around the doors, the speakers seem upto the job but the vibration through the doors is awful.

Have any of you guys sorted a solution to the tunes issue, if so what did you do? I'm htinking of dynamat for the doors? :undecided:

Post by: The Doc on 04 July 2006, 21:21: One of the lads that works for me put a self powered 6.5" bazooka tube in the Skoda VRS and it sounds great! plus it takes the stress from the stanard speakers trying to make bass!!! :wink:

I think the head unit and speakers on the Upgrade are fine, it's the vibration through the doors!!Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Mind you the misses really does crank the tunes up!!!Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Darn Abba in the motorÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â :shocked:

Just spoke to my dealer to check the Toureg was still on for next week when the supaguard gets re-applied, they are going to check the doors out at the same time as there shouldn't be any vibration. Which is nice :cool:

Oh, not that i have anything against them :cool:
