Title: '95 Mk3 Stereo Harness Adapter

Can anyone tell me which harness adapter to buy ?

I'm removing the standard Sony radio/casette to fit another Sony head unit.

Or will another Sony head unit fit directly on to the standard wiring ?

I would have thought that the new stereo should fit straight in as the original wiring should have ISO connectors. That's the case on my '97 Mk3. Just take it out and see...should be two plugs, one thicker/bigger than the other.

If not then halfords charge about ?10-?20 for Sony headunit adaptors for the mk3  ;)

my 97 p gti has iso so should yours ;D
