I enjoy mine too much to make it just a summer day car, so it is my dailt driver, but it is pretty well looked after so I am going for option B ;D

Well mine is used quite irregularly so no new problems have arisen, take it out for occasional blat in the dry.

I know whats wrong with it but have not got the space to list it all here. ;D

touch formica, every breakdown I've ever had in 20 years of motoring I've managed to bodge by the roadside. this bodge then remains in place until the next one :o :o :o

Mine will be used through the winter months, don't anticipate any problems (except some traction issues ;D).
Thats the good thing about mk1's, no costly electronics to go wrong and when they do break down (if ever ;)) it is usualy something that anyone with basic skills can repair. Not like some newer (and slower? ;)) cars where you need a costly scan tool to tell you that a very expensive main stealer only part 'may' fix it.
Steve.
