Title: 1992 8v GTi cutting out, help!

Hi All,

I have a cutting out problem where by the engine will start fine no probs, it will idle all day and if i rev it theres no problem, BUT, if i just blip the throttle it cuts out, driving me nuts trying to cure it. I've cleaned the MAF and throttle body but its made no difference.

Anybody got any other ideas what it could be?

Check for air leaks, and get the ignition timing looked at :)
