Title: Fitting after market seats

How easy is it to fit bucket seats to a MK2 8v Gti?
Is there any way of removing the original seat from the subframe and then re-using the subframe for the bucket seat as i cant find any body that sells a sub frame/adapter so that i can just bolt it straight in.
My seats are cream crackered but i have a spare cobra bucket sat in the garage that i would like to use.

Thank you for your recent e-mail through our website. We manufacture a tailor made subframe for the VW Golf Mk2 which retail at £67.50 each for non tilt or £75 each for tilting including VAT and carriage. The goods would take approximately 2 weeks in production from date of order.
