Hey Knight, NCC file seems to be something nokia specific. Try this, go to the my computer icon on your desktop and click it. Then click on the tools menu at the top of the window and select folder options. Click the tab labeled view and untick the box marked "hide file extensions for known file types". Now you can see the file extension of all your files (eg. .ncc, .jpg, etc) Then right click on the picture from you phone and click on rename. Then just change the extension from .ncc to .jpg and see what happens. Might do nothing but wort a try. Does it give you an option to associate the file with a program? If so just associate it with your normal picture viewer and when you open it it should open with your pic viewer. :)
