Title: Getting the finger out
Post by: Wardinho on 10 June 2006, 16:22
After months of nosing about on here, I think its time to visit the Dealer and have a chat. Have 3 within 15 miles of me so should visit them all to see who seems the most professional.

Before I go, I was wondering if the individual dealers have a limit on GTI's they can order within a period or if its the same availability from them all.

Also, anyone know if the PCP finance available on the second hand models? Im not a patient person.

P.s. How nerveracking is a test drive in such a machine?

re. the test bit, you probably wont want to get out of the car  It is a quick car, but so well engineered it does not feel it, your only guides are the speedo and how slow all the other cars are going  Floor it in 3rd or 4th and it makes a lovely noise

re. the dealers I would be surprised if there was much difference being situated so close together.  I'm not up to date on the latest waiting times.
