Title: another water leak in the engine.
Post by: Blue MK2 on 11 December 2003, 20:05
Ive replaced the 'O' ring today and i can still see water leaking.

Its that part where the water pipes go into the head with the blue connector on top of it. :-\

Also, does the blue connector connect to the blue socket and the black connector to the black socket? Mine is the opposite.
Any ideas peeps?

if its leaking through the plastic bit it could be warped, same happened on mine but mines only a driver so may be different, just a thought though

Housing will have small cracks in it around the bolt holes :( . New housing required.
Blue to blue, black to black usualy. Does it run ok and the guages work ok?, if so leave it alone ;).
