my mum n dad r in london for the weekend, and my mums sent me many pics of VW's via multi-media msg...  but whats this!? its soo cute!! (i guess its not std?)

i think its wicked!!! reminds me of the birdseye advert by Bartle, Bogle and Hegarty!

Looks like a squashed pic of a camper van ! (not standard, although should be ??) looks more like scooby doo's mystery machine !!

I;m confident that if they brought back the old style dubs again they'd really sell well !!! Can't really say i like the new ones much tbh. No individuality anymore. everyones a 'mondeo man' nowadays !

I remember wotto posting a picture of this from some show last year, turns out the guy brought it to restore it, but on further investigation the middle section of the chassis was rotted through.  So he loppped out the mid section and welded it back up :grin:

There was a splitty back in the 80's called "Dolly Mixture" which was a shortened chassis splitty. Been several different colours over the years like blue right through to pink. Last time i heard of it and saw it, it was white on top green below. Exactly the same as in the photo. So that could be the legendary "Dolly Mixture!"   :nerd:

yeah its well cool  :cool: , we insure it (or one amazingly similar), i remember seeing the agreed value photos when they came in!!  :cool: We insure a lot of "shorty" mini's too, they are well funny, B*gger ever being in a crash in one tho.... :huh:

lol dont think it actually had a camping interior tho... :grin:

Saw that (or one just like it) at nearly every show i went to last year. Infact im pretty sure it was at vw festival, didnt you see it there han ?
