Title: 16" rims on a mk3

I've just aquired some 7x16's for my mk3 gti, I know that 205/45/16 are the recommended tyres but will 205/55's fit ok?
The reason I ask is the price and availability of 55's is better than 45's

yeah, but your speedo will be out and you won't be able to lower it as much...

Go with the 45's, I did, picked some proxies up from ebay nice and cheap!
