Title: Exhaust systems for the 16v

Im wondering if i should put a stainless steel exhaust on my car. Do they release more horses or is the standard exhaust good enough? Also what is a good make of stainless steel exhaust for the 16v and how much are they?

as standard VAG system is as good as any stainless steel item. been proven on a rolling road

but have a look around there is plenty of aftermarket exhausts to choose from. general rule of thumb - dearer they are the better the quality/fitment

A friend has a Miltek on his 16v and it sounds lluuuuuvvvrrrlly !
