Hi peeps,

Question on the '86 for a change.

When running, even when warm, she idles at about 2000RPM.....any reason for this? I have trimmed back the idle screw to bring it back where it should be but would like to know the reason for it climbing in the first place.

On my '89 it turned out to be the idle switch on the throttle body but that was a Digifant so not sure on this one.

Any ideas?

the screw may be a bit loose so unwinding?

VERY good point, it is a little loose, I have to admit  :grin:
