bought a mark2 h reg golf gti 8v 4 600pounds is that way 2 much?? its done 119.ooo miles is pretty good inside and out but the revs dont work is this a common fault? u have put ur foot down gradually or it over revs n goes nowhere 4 few seconds u know the clutch is pretty bad n i think it needs a new 1 asap cud it be that as 2 why i cant puy my foot down properly i think it wud b very fast if it wasnt 4 dat cud it b sumthin major or is it minor?? if anyone could give me some advice n a good or garage 2 maybe in n ldn i wud appritiate it very much peace......

sounds like your clutch is slipping, it'd probably mean a new one m8y :undecided:
