Title: BBS wheels ?

I know this is in the wrong section but I really need a bit of help or luck, I'm looking for 1 BBS 15 inch RA alloy as I can get my hands on 4 but sadly one of them has had it so I need to get an odd one to make the set. I'm watching one on ebay and its at £50 which I think is a bit steep for one wheel with no tyre on it but if I cant get an odd one before the auction ends I mite end up buying it or waiting I don't how long for another to come up at sensible money. Any advice or ideas would really be appreciated, thanks  :smiley:

tbh i would save some cash, buy and you can make a show off item of having a spare in the boot of your alloy.

Not that sure what you mean Slick ? I think the one on ebay is a bit expensive and it could go up more but I don't want to have 3 good ones stuck in me garage doing nothing for I don't know how long. I'm worried if I miss this one will I be waiting months for another to come up ?

P.s I'm in Bristol but prepared to travel a fair bit to get what I want

I mean buy another set, then you have the wheel you need, and also you can make a show item of the spare wheel. I.E have it in the boot all polished or something, which is both practical and something you can show off when at shows.

What do you mean by 'had it'? I have a couple of spare RA's up here in Bicester but the're not very tidy.  :undecided:

Three out of the 4 wheels can be refurbished but one of them is very badly damaged and beyond repair, so what I'm after is one thats straight and safe. I'm not that bothered about condition because I'll be having them all refurbished, but I don't want one with any damage that cant be sorted out.

OK, I have one in mind, its straight but there's quite a large patch of pitting on the rim where some t**t has used the clip on lead weights, I'm not sure what is possible to sort with a refurb. I'll get it out and take some pics tomorrow (I'm out tonight) and get them over to you somehow. I'd hate you to have such a long journey wasted. I would keep the tyre as its brand new but you could have the wheel for nowt if its any good for you.  :smiley:
