Title: Heat Shields
Post by: Blade on 08 December 2003, 19:00
Where are the heat shields in the engine and what do they look like?
I have been told they are a possible source of rattle, which my engine has developed at certain rpm.

the reason i knew of one by the exhaust manifold was because i had a rattle and sure enough the sheild was corroded and broke, so off it came. no problems as yet.(a year on)
