Title: Highest mileage!!

Whats the highest mileage Golf GTI anyone has owned or seen...either 16v or 8v? My 16v has 155,000 so to me thats very high but have been told thats nothing for a GTI Golf?...it did come with full VW history though.

My old 1.6 driver (the death mobile) had over 230,000 before I had to sell it on. It was still going well though, and I think it's still around on the scene!

Bah, still winning, golf I bought on ebay a couple of months ago had 325k on it and still running on original engine!!

Mines merely a young whipper snapper at 156K then Ozz!
