Title: Snapped cable...

Last night my throttle cable snapped.  :(

Does anyone know which one i need to order as ive a Mk1 with a 16v mk2 engine.

What did you use in the first place? I don?t know if the connection is the same for the 16V at the throttle body and at the pedal. There is one for sale on Ebay bit this is for the standard 8v engine. Maybe you could buy this one keep the pedal end connection and modify the throttle body end using what you already have .Don?t know whether this is possible though just a suggestion.

i didnt do the conversion!!

Looking at Eurocraparts its the same part number anyway...

I'll keep you informed...

Probably a 16v cable.
