Title: Steering wheels

ive got a 90 spec driver, and im getting a 90 spec GTI 16v, both on a H plate, but im not sure im gonna like the raid steering wheel im told it has and will most likely change it to the original, anyone know if my drivers steering wheel will fit?

The spline size changed around about then, from small about 14mm to about 20mm. First thing, take your driver steering wheel off and have a look which size spline you have. The GTi should have the larger splin so if thats whats in your driver then it should be a straight swap.

ah ok, i was aware of the different sizes but wasnt sure if they were model specific rather than year, cheers, sounds like it should work then  :smiley:
