give them a call they are really helpful guys, from what i can remember they ask you what model its going on so that its -60mm for that car, i think.

If you look in my sig the picture of the car side on is with -55mm that I had on my driver, and were pretty much the same when i put them on my valver. -55mm are the ones I would go for.

I bought the whole kit, so the struts and shocks etc, which by the way was really good. But On my valver when it was on the road it was just standard valver shocks with venom -55 springs. Might be worth waiting till you can get the whole lot as it made a massive difference.

Yea they are good lads at venom. If you have uprated shocks already then it should be fine mate. they arent too far away from me either.

Ah so you put them under the top of the strut in between that and the spring to compress the spring a bit more?

or am I getting the wrong end of the stick. I think I might get some for the back of mine!

Thats the way i understand it.

but surely the length of the cap makes up for the spring being compressed further?
