Title: Wheel bolts

When I swap my steelies for aftermarket (TSW) alloys, will I need new wheel bolts or can I use the existing ones?

You can, but as they are a harder metal than the alloy, they will damage your nice new wheels, so I'd say spend the little bit extra on some new bolts
