Post by: DazVR6 on 01 May 2006, 17:48
I own a mk3 gti 16v 97 and i want to change the tyres on my standard rims to a lower profile, eg 205/45/15s. Anyone forsee any problems with this?

why do you want to reduce the profile?

I can't forsee any benefit that will outweigh having to get the speedo recalibrated?

Besides, aren't 205/55/15's cheaper ;)
