having real trouble deciding what to do about the headlamps on my golf, I loved the jetta lights but they just dont look right on a dub, Ralyees are nice but expencive, Two lights are ok i suppose, 4lights look horrid but light up great at night and im building this car mostly for racing so they do make a logical choice.....HELP!
-
hmm, looks like you made your decision, just i think that the 4 lamp looks so much better myself...
-
it depends what you wanna do.. i loved my twin grill.. but cos i broke the light connector i've got the single on and i think it looks cool debadged!
-
I think 4 lamps make the car look small but 2 make it look wide and more aggresive. Ive never been a fan of the sqare lamps either. As for grills i much prefer the ones with loads of slats. e.g not 3 bar ones.

2 lamp, debadged, in my opinion.
-
I'm for the debadged jetta look.
Not very common so it would be nice to see more of them IMO  As the MK2 Golf is quite square i think the rectangular jetta and rallye headlines suit the lines of the car better.
-
Well folks, i went for a single headlamp setup.....with a slight twist, Smoked headlamps and im making a custom deep brow spoiler and possibly loosing the white wheels....the cars going to look aggressive....VERY aggressive
-
Rallye headlamps suit better than jetta lamps but the rallye lamps are very dim so not good for track use.
debadged singles kinda look tacky after a while. no offence :lipsrsealed:
-
dont worrie blue you know me, they will look different
-
2 lamp all the way

jetta debadged, thats only cause i have mine like that and i prefere it to the other set ups ive had, it does depend abit on the rest of the car really too, it looks crap with small bumpers
