Title: New BP 102 Ron fuel

anyone else tried this?

I filled my mk2 with 20 quids worth and havnt noticed much diffrence although i do need to get it fine tuned 

at £2.42p a litre. :shocked:

the 20 quids worth of petty hasnt even touched the 'poor mans' mark on the fuel guage  :laugh:

yeh i got about 8 litres for 20 notes.


will not be using that again thas for sure :cool:

yea sod that!, for that price i would want them to fill the car up for me, buff my shoes, jet wash my car and have a selection of beverages and snacks included in the price from the shop!!  :laugh:

It's solely for track cars and not road cars.

To get any benefit you need the car set up to run on 102 Octane rated fuel. I'll stick with Tesco's 99 Ron super for 98p a litre thanks.

Where can you get that in the midlands area?  I've seen 97, but the sticker says 98. I always feel so guilty putting in 95 and bombing off down the motorway... There's a subtle but definite difference.

Jesus, Tescos round our way charge 98p for normal unleaded, i think their super is over a Quid :sick:. Interestingly if I travel to Salisbury about 15 miles away it's 5p a litre cheaper for everything.

How do they get away with it, robbing bast£*&s

i tried treating mine to optimax..... but it made it run funny..... :undecided: of course that could've just been coincidence!! :huh:

i'm sticking to cheapy cheap till i get my engine conversion done then it'll get treats again!!
