Title: colour choice?

to me there are only two colour choices, red or diamond black. Can't make my mind up, always liked black cars, had a couple back in the good old days( 205 gti's), like red too looks good at the front, not sure about the back, think black blends in better with the bumper, whats the most popular choice on here?

Picking up a diamond black Mk5 GTI tomorrow  :laugh:  I have had 3 Tornado Red Mk2 GTIs and that colour is also fantastic, but I think the Mk2 looks better than the Mk5 in Tornado Red

It has to be DBP. I agree, the colour does blend better with the bumper.

I have the DBP - It looks great when cleaned, but like all dark colored vehicles you must make sure you clean your motor otherwise they look awful!

If you go for the 18", make sure you clean them every week. This will ensure the brake dust does not attack the chrome effect & you should hopefully avoid/reduce the rust attacking the hubs (as pointed out on other threads on this website).

We've a graphite blue coming in a couple of weeks, we've no idea of how it looks but it'll be fun finding out  :evil:
