Hello again..
Looking through the service history on my car, i noticed that there was a note by the garage on the last service..Seems they spotted a slight leak from the rocker cover gasket..
Just wondering if you guys could tell me what type of money we are talking about here (labour wise as i know the gasket itself is cheap)...Hopefully its not a major job...
I'm also looking at getting the car revo'd tomorrow, and wanted to know if this was a good idea before i have the gasket changed..
Car is a 2000, 1.8T, Golf.
Thanks

iam sure you could change the rocker cover gasket yourself and save your self prob £90 from VW just for the labour of undoing the top bolts and lifting the rocker cover and changing the gasket, invest in a haynes manual
