Title: i need help from u lot to spend my new found wealth..........
Post by: Veedubgt18v on 20 April 2006, 17:15: Ok a girl ran into the back of me and bent just my bumper, her insurance company gave me Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£650 as payment in lieu as this is how much it will cost to repair at vw. however its minor minor damage so im gonna get a scrappy bumper for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£30 and spend the rest on goodies. :grin:

What shall i buy????

im a skint student so im tempted by the insurance one. but i want coilovers. but i wana go faster.

can u see my dilemma?

sorted.... three birds, one insurance payout :grin: job done.

Coilovers came a close second tho, highsports are meant to be very good, theyre the mid range FK coilovers but are still meant to be very good, should be able to pick some up for 300-350 quid. I got lucky and found some konigs on german ebay for 350 quid posted, just waiting to fit them, think the only main difference is the konigs are top adjustable, so can adjust damping while the coilovers are on the car.
