Title: what cams??

What cams should I fit to a ported and flowed head on my valver???

I don't a nasty lumpy idle though and the power must n o higher up than a std valver.

Also where can I get them CHEAP!!!

You cant get get cheap cams, If you want something not lumpy newman 268 be fine. Excellent cam i use 276, but very lumpy and loss of bottom end which you dont want. Kent gs2h is also excellent cam, Runs nice and not lumpy my mate uses one in his 1.9 8v. 268 newman will set you back £150, Kent about £180ish  Can put you intouch with a man who sells newman cams on clubgti forum well respected as well.

whats the crack with fitting them? Do you need to buy the full kit? Both inlet and exhaust? new springs/guide or whatever?

Or can you just swap the cam over?

Not realised your was 16v soz, Not read it properly.260 or 268 newman will be £300pr, Pref would replace lifters and cambelt, But depends if your cars blowing blue smoke on start up. But if your fitting p&p head all this should be done at same time.
