Although I think the quality of some genuine half smoked hellas takes some beating. Did you notice the rear lights on that oaky for sale at MHS on sunday??? They were full smoked hellas, that is what I want but never seen them for sale :(

Was that the 4dr one for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£550? I did'nt notice the rear lights, they were not a self tinted job then? The genuine half smoked are prob the cheapest option, i do like the all red retro looking ones but they are Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£70!!! :shocked: :smiley:

lol its been on there since i got the car, kinda baked on....consider it done tho, will take a stanley knife blade to it at the weekend!! Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â :smiley:

Yeah that was the motor, they weren't diy the tint was actually in the plastic.

They weren't the ones from volksbits dub dude, these ones still had the colouring in the lenses but with a gentle smoke, just like the top half of valver lights. The ones from volksbits have clear smoked lenses and you have to use coloured bulbs in them.
Should have asked the owner where he found them.

Slick - looks well cool mate, luvvin the black/red, was there a difference in the bottom two pictures tho?

Tobz - i only really glanced at that car when taking the kids up to my girlfriends car so she could take them home, meant to go gack for another look....looked ok for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£500!

:laugh: :grin: Wont be binning them.....my g/f has a mk2 gti project car that i bought for her birthday, great excuse to buy new bits for my car then pass on my old stuff... :grin:
