ive got a full spax adjustable suspension and poly bushes on the mk2, i just want to know
how do you adjust the rears, cos my fiance is under the impression you cant adjust the rear suspension, yet i am adamant you can, cos surely if its " fully adjustable" that means rear too? i know how to do the fronts but ive never even looked at the rear?
someone on here is bound to know

Chickens dont moo man!
If you look at the shocker you should see rings that can be wound up and down the shock body to adjust the height. They will be at the bottom of the spring.

As its Spax - the rears usually have a grub screw at the bottom, on the side of the shock. It may be on the inside face.
You will have to get down under and have a look!
