Hi everyone, im new to the site, but not to the vw scene :laugh:
Ive had this red mk1 you see in my sig for the past 8 or so years, it runs a 2l 16v lump with manual injection, and i think in all the time i had it the worst thing to go wrong was the gearbox...you guessed it...it was that pin! went straight thru the bellhousing!!!! :shocked:
Anyway, like the look of the site and i need an updated engine, so im on the hunt for 20v turbo lump..running or not...with the usual bits and bobs.....will check out the parts for sale area in abit! anyway..cheers for now! :cool:

the only pics i got at the mo are the ones in the sig....but im just about to start a restoration project within the next few days so will be getting some then!!! will post them asap! :smiley:
