Post by: Simpson on 28 March 2006, 10:18
as above my steering becomes heavy when parking and sometimes loosesn off, there is enough fluid and the belt is tight, its on its way out, isn't it?  is it fairly easy to replace?

I would deffo replace the belt 1st as they glaze with age and slip. Deffo cheper than replacing the pump!

I've got a pump to get rid of if you need a new one, i don't want much for it as its just wasting space in my shed - it came with my engine but i dont need it
