I thimk we should have a golfgti show calendar because I keep missing and forgetting shows :laugh:

Now I reckoned to have looked at the entire site and couldn't see that it was late tho officer :laugh: :rolleyes:

although calender is there it just seems to be filled up with people birthdays rather than what events are on..... :huh:

maybe its an idea to make sure all the show/events are included, eg: the Big Bang isn't on there.... :undecided:


just a thought, coz i always forget when the things are too!  :smiley:

never new that calendar was there miself, although i did chuckle at all the april fool birthdays..... :grin:

Primarily that is what the events and meets section is for, along with the events planning subsection aswell. It's so you can put a post in, bump it to the top and plan convoys with people that show an interest. Ideally it could do with bit of a clean up now and again, but unfortunately we don't always get time.

The reason that Big Bang is not on there is because jv overlooks some of the shows where there are lots of "rusty old vans"  :tongue: :tongue:  :laugh: :laugh:

Seriously though, you need to keep an eye on the events section as most of the shows are stickied at the top anyway and most usually have a date in the thread title.

and also upcoming events are listed at the bottom, just like the list of peoples birthdays.......
