Is my 96 gti meant to have a shield/under tray under the engine?? When its rainy the belts and pulleys spray crap up all over the engine and under the bonnet and literally cover the entire under bonnet area with crap  I cleaned it last week and its already covered with crap again, especially directly above the pulleys and the powwer steering belt squeels and judders badly!!!!! Surly there must be some shield im missing from my car??
