My old man has pushed the car up and down in all four courners and sed its feels ok? My dad knows a bit bout cars but not a expert by all means. So if somebody cud help cus it is doing my sweed in

Is it a high mileage car or lowered at all?
Could be an exhaust or a exhaust hanger loose, possibly top mounts on the suspension whihc you can do a quick test on by pushin harshly down on the four corners of the car and listen out for the noise.

Jack the front wheels up & shine a torch up the spring/shock assembly, & check that the spring's are not snapped, or there's no fluid leaking out the shocks.
-
ps Is the suspension standard?

Middle exhaust bracket will have broken at the weld, common on MK4, if you shake the exhaust from the back you will hear it. Its hard to see without a ramp, but I'm pretty sure thats what it is :undecided:

Could be a snapped susp spring. Mine made that noise, about an inch snapped off the upper coil and rested in the cup type thing on the shock and rattled like mad.
