Title: filter and smoothing

I've heard some good things about the green panel filter so i was going to get one. Wheres the cheapet place to get one from as the best price i seen so far is £36 from green themselves.
Also what is the smoothing you can do when fitting the filter?

Thanks Gazb i thought it would be something along those line and i'l give it a go shortly as i'd rather do a DIY than spend money (im a student can you tell)
So second question where can i get a green panel filter cheaply if anyone knows?
