Title: Removing windscreen MK2?

Is it possible to remove the windscreen and re-fit DIY on a MK2?

I have a brand new windscreen from my old golf and there are a few scratches on the new golf screen so was thinking of swapping them out?

Any ideas of what tools I'd need and maybe a quick how-to walkthrough?
