Title: Refurbished alloys?

Hi, my mk2 gti's alloys are a bit worse for wear now and are in need of a refurbishment. Has anybody done this themselves. If so has anybody got any tips??

Mark Harris (harr1s) is your man...........he recently got his refurbished for his caddy.
